Was amazed and sometimes confused by seeing the reaction
from public after AAP win against mighty Congress and BJP. They swept both the
national parties with one big broom in Delhi
The options on-hand after all the number crunching…
·BJP can form the government with Congress or AAP
support
§Option ruled out by BJP! Wish they joined hands
with Congress and it would have been a wake up call for many die hard
supporters J
·AAP can form the government with Congress
§Option should be ruled out by AAP and they are
doing the same!
Many may say AAP should have ceased this opportunity by
holding the dirty hands of Congress and formed the government. But wait a
second…
What
is the point when you know your government is formed with the same forces
which you rejected 9 months before and formed this political force.
Conscience!
Ok let
us take for example AAP forms the government with Congress. But you know
this is like hanging in a thread. Their meager 8 seats will decide major
decisions for the remaining 28 different constituencies in Delhi. This
will be similar to UPA government in Center when their allies decided on
the major decisions for past 5 years when our Mute PM was made the
scapegoat. We don’t need another Mute person in Delhi as CM J
This
one time giving up on the position will not only affect the AAP growth in
other states but also will put the same old seed in people’s mind that
this another party with a different color to wipe out the nation. Why give
a chance?
Coming back to what can be done now…
Lets wait for our chance rather than jumping the gun. Ok you may argue saying this is going to be a big waste of public
money by conducting another elections within 6 months. Hold on!
Isn’t it better than joining the hands with dirty power and
bending your back and dancing to your meager allies tunes just to survive??
This repeat election should be a wakeup call not only to
Delhi but also to other cities where AAP will decide to contest. Give them the
majority on first stand itself rather than wasting your vote on unknown 2nd
ones. Its time to bite the bullet and take the huge risk (You need to risk more
to get enjoy more profits rightJJ)
They say more the power… more the responsibility. We’re
reaching this from the other side!!!
We are absolute responsible people and lets wait for the ABSOLUTE
POWER!
Brain drain… heard about that? Yeah it’s true… it happened, happening and will happen in India…
With the results out and girls (as usual) topping the chart and aiming for next course or college… sometimes I feel this mad rush is too much and end of the day all those bright young minds are not going to stay back in India and give back something to society…It make me feels sad L
Every student has his own aspiration & dream and I’m not the one to stop that… but at the same time, we need to think about India as well… Its heart whelming to see all the big firms not only opening up their offices in India (most of them for the cost factor) but also their R & D center to make better technology and Innovation…
I have a suggestion to bring more Innovation back to India and address the Brain drain…
Heard about the mandatory service period for all graduate students in Europe??? Yes they have to work in Military or Air force or Navy for a stipulated time period before they decide on their future course… this makes their country safe as well as the people understand about their forces and respect them. Also they have a choice to stay back…
Let’s change the above one a little bit to address the Indian brain drain… Lets ask all the students to sign up for a mandatory work in any company based out of India for an year after graduation and before they decide to move out (of India) for further education or work… I sincerely think this will help India tremendously.
Some random thoughts to bring in this change….
All the companies, be in private or public need to accumulate a percentage fund (I would suggest a percentage of Provident Fund from every employee need to be collected for the India’s future. I’m sure many of them will accept this wholeheartedly… the money will actually end up for their own children…) to accept and educate a minimum size of fresh graduates into work culture… particularly in Research and Development wing… this will help the student to understand the work life and also it will help the company to achieve something different from their normal routine profit making business…
For example: Think of a fresh graduate team working on a pilot project in a technology company with the guidance from an experienced person…it can make wonders… and also the next batch of students can keep continuing on the same work with some students staying back on the project may be with a different mentor! (I’m expecting at least some crowd to stay back. Also the employees of the organization can volunteer for mentoring the students so that the fresh energy is pumped in every year J)
The educational institutions need to have a tie up with different companies so that they can place the students in those companies after the education which will bring down the unemployment problem to a certain extent.
The salary for the students during the Internship program will be decided by the government since the spending is happening from the Provident Fund amount. This will make the student's mind free from salary comparisons, 'coz the salary remains the same for every student for a year!
Also the students can choose to stay back and there shouldn’t be any binding factor from the company.
